The Story Behind Monashee Tech
Monashee Tech Solutions was founded with a simple belief — people in the Lower Mainland deserve IT support from someone local, knowledgeable, and genuinely honest about what they need.
After years working in IT, I noticed a gap between what big tech companies offer and what individuals and small businesses actually need. Expensive service contracts, long wait times, and technicians who talk over your head rather than with you.
I started Monashee Tech to be different. When you call, you get me — not a call centre, not a random contractor. Someone who knows your name, remembers your setup, and treats your technology with the same care I'd want for my own.
I take the time to explain what went wrong, what I fixed, and how to avoid it next time. You deserve to understand your own technology.
